when i hear it i think of like, an anime battle like you, but a sad and epic one, like the guy who the guy is fighting just killed his friend

also i like the snare on that song too, was that played live? theres some drums like that on the song that i just uploaded, called lady of the cold, check it out if you want

The drums were not recorded live. They are a loop that Josh created in fruity loops for this song. Then I tweaked it with some reverb to make it blend into the song a bit better. Glad they turned out to your liking. I'll give your song a listen as soon as I get the chance. Thx for the review!

pretty awesome

this song kicks ass, i like the drum-ish sound effect

my only problem with it is that it felt like a massive build up the whole way, and i just really wanted it to explode into another riff

but that said, its still awesome

this is nice, would be better if it was longer though, you should continue with it and make it a whole song. otherwise it would have been a definate 10

i like it. but..

this is good stuff but it feels like an intro thats never gets into the real song.

this is good and shows you have the abuility to create good sounds and parts, all you need to do is develope the composition a bit more. have mabey some key changes. but definately some changes of sorts
